Patient Loyalty Membership

Yearly Membership Fee $250.00
The yearly membership fee provides the following discounts:

• 15% off Neurotoxins
• 10% off Fillers
• 10% off Chemical Peels
• 10% off Laser Hair Removal
• 10% off Facial or Body Lasers
• 10% off PRP Treatments

Following are the guidelines for the Patient Loyalty Membership:

1. Loyalty discounts cannot be combined with other MetropolitanMD discounts.
2. Loyalty discounts can be used with Brilliant Distinctions/Aspire rebate programs
3. If CareCredit is used for payment, the balance must be greater than $750.00.

Patient Referral Program

MetropolitanMD would like to thank our patients who refer new patients to us for cosmetic surgery, with a $200 credit toward specific services at MetropolitanMD.

Following are the guidelines for the Patient Referral Program:

1. This program applies to new patients referred after August 1, 2020.
2. The Referred Patient must have a cosmetic surgical procedure. The procedure may be combined with other surgical procedures, including ones covered by insurance.
3. The Referred Patient must use your full name when scheduling their consultation appointment.
4. The Referred Patient must complete their surgery within 6 months of the initial consultation.
5. Referral credits will be honored after surgery completion and must be used within 6 months.
6. Referral credits cannot be applied as a payment on an outstanding balance.
7. Referral credits are not transferable, they can only be used by the Referring Patient.
8. We will credit the Referring Patient $200 for each referral.

Services included in the Referral Program:

• Chemical Peels
• Laser Hair Removal
• Facial or Body Lasers
• PRP Treatments for Face or Hair Loss
• Botox or Dysport
• Dermal Fillers
• Any Cosmetic Surgery with a fee of $3000 or Greater.
